The first month of 2013 is nearly behind us…as are most of the resolutions made only weeks ago. In fact, four out of five people who make New Year’s resolutions will eventually break them (a third of these people already did!)
But ClearVision has kept one of its resolutions for over 60 years: we resolve to do what we can to make a positive difference for our customers. It starts with our relationship.
Many of our customer relationships have been built on the power of words we hear from these customers. And while we sometimes hear what we need to improve, we’re happy to say that most often, customers tell us what we’re doing RIGHT.
Some of my favorite “words” from our customers:
